- All shipments from IBC require a signature. We cannot ship your order "no signature required." Please make sure the shipping address you choose will have someone available to sign for the package.
- Upon receipt of your purchase, please check that all items on your packing slip have been accounted for. Carefully unpack and inspect the condition of all equipment, taking care not to damage the manufacturer's original packaging.
Do not fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards or throw away any packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. IBC cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards, or damaged or missing collateral material.
All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to IBC within three (3) business days of receipt of equipment. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund or replacement.
IBC will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any equipment purchased from us. It is important to read all instruction manuals before using your equipment.

As with all clients of IBC, we respect your privacy online.
Any and all information collected on this site is fully encrypted and will be kept strictly confidential. At no time will your information be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned.
All transactions made through the IBCMerchant Store are processed by our secure server. Credit cards are processed through Authorize.net and at no time do we store your credit card numbers.
All orders are initially verified by Authorize.net, PayPal or Wire Transfer. In certain cases, we will need to contact you for more information: if one of our payment processors cannot verify your information, or if your transaction is over a certain amount.
In these cases, an IBC sales representative will phone you to discuss your transaction. For the protection of your identity and the security of your order, you will be asked to fax us a copy of the credit card used for this transaction, the credit card's CCV number, the last four digits of your social security number and your signature.
If you choose to ship your order to an address other than your credit card’s billing address, we can only accept payment via PayPal or Wire Transfer.
For all PayPal customers, we can only ship to verified accounts or confirmed addresses.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to IBC within 14 days of your receipt of the equipment. Before returning any merchandise, call a sales administrator in our CA offices or email sales@ibcmerchant.com with your invoice number and reason for return. You will then receive a Return Authorization number for the return.
While IBC makes every effort to inform its customers of the details of the products we carry, it is ultimately the consumer’s responsibility to understand the specifications, capabilities and limitations of the products purchased. Failure on the consumer’s part to do so does not warrant a no-charge refund or exchange.
Unless defective, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on opened box products. Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in original packaging and delivered to IBC in the same new condition as sold with literature, instructions and blank warranty cards intact.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tenured at the time of purchase. Please allow IBC 7 business days to process refunds for returns.
Items can be returned to the Glendale office locations or can be shipped via a pre-paid freight service. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original packaging. Doing so will result in a re-stocking fee charge. With the return shipment, please include a copy of the original invoice and a reason for return. Please write the RA # given, as the attention of the return.
IBC is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. IBC is not responsible for any consequential damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
IBC does not accept returns / refunds on the following items:- Media
- Software
- Hard drives
- Batteries
- Special Order Items
RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. For cash purchases over $250 and check purchases over $100, your refund will be issued by check from our main office in CA within 14 business days of the return.
If any of the above conditions are not met, IBC reserves the right to refuse the return.
No refunds or exchanges will be made on sales after fourteen (14) days of order receipt.

If your shipping address is different from your credit card’s billing address, we can only accept payment by PayPal. For our PayPal customers, we can only ship to verified accounts or confirmed addresses.

Orders must be received by 1:00 PST Monday-Friday to be shipped the same day, subject to availability, payment processing and security check.
Some items are available to purchase online that are not currently in stock. These items will display the time frame within which they normally ship. This is an estimate of how long it will take us to receive the item from the vendor, not how long it will take for you to receive the item. You will be charged for all items, including any that are not in stock, when you submit your order. If your order contains products with different availability, we will contact you to confirm if you want all your items at the same time or in multiple shipments. - For your security, IBC does not store credit card information for online orders.
Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to California. We cannot accept tax exempt IDs or resale certificates for online customers. Please call to speak with a sales representative if you require assistance with tax issues.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Final shipping costs may need to be adjusted during order processing. If there is a change in the total shipping cost, you will be contacted for approval before the order is finalized. All online orders will be sent with insurance by default. This is included in your shipping cost. - Viewing Orders
- The best way to check the status of your online orders is to e-mail sales@ibcmerchant.com. Please reference your order number in your e-mail so that we will be able to respond to you promptly.
